However, my recipe of the month is one with a difference, you get a little secret and you will be glad I shared it. Some of my PT clients (perhaps this is you) have tried it, but for those that haven’t used Purition, it is simply delicious and has some great qualities to offer.
I add all sorts to mine, but here is my Post Bootcamp Workout Breakfast Mix:
THE GWTP Breakie Shake Up with Purition
Coconut milk - approximately 250ml
4 x Brazil nuts
1 x Banana
4 x scoops of Purition coconut powder
Instruction: So Easy - chuck it all in my Bullet Blender and press ‘Go’. It get’s whizzed up and then get to enjoy a tantilising, delicious and mouth watering shake, everything your taste buds and body needs.

Purition is a whole food alternative to protein shakes or meal replacement drinks. It has a high protein and low carbohydrate balance, which is great for healthy nutrition plans and won’t leave you feeling hungry!
Completely natural ingredients providing fibre, vitamins, minerals and healthy wholefood fats your body needs and are essential for optimal health.
This coconut flavour has less than 1.1g of sugar in a serving and only 4g of carbs. The lower sugar and carbs, is fantastic when compared to most others protein shakes, and therefore makes it an excellent choice.
It is yummy and I generally use it post workout, as my breakfast, especially if I’m on the go and have a lot to get through. But, it is also a fantastic meal replacement option and by adding a variety of other ingredients, such as spinach, nuts, fruit and other protein packed extras, it is easy to change the taste, create a mixture of delightful shakes and make a super tasty meal, full of all the right stuff.
