Can I start at any time?
Yes! Just click the join membership button and choose monthly or annual subscription, and you will be emailed with instructions to get started straight away!
Do the workouts cover beginners and advanced level?
Yes! There are workouts for complete beginners to advanced, and during each workout easier and advanced options of exercises will be demonstrated to cover all bases.
How easy is the app to use?
It is a very straightforward app to navigate. You will be sent login details and instructions on how to use the app.
How long are the workouts
Nothing takes more than 20 minutes to complete, BUT if you have longer you have the choice to extend your workout with extra rounds!
Can I do the workouts at any time?
Yes, this programme has complete flexibility to fit in around your schedule. You can also reschedule workouts and tasks to fit around your lifestyle.
Do I have to follow the workout schedule that is set?
No. You can pick workouts from the programme section, but the scheduled ones are designed to progress you safely and effectively with a good balance of stretching and mobility.
What support will I receive on the membership?
You will be able to join my weekly MID WEEK MOTIVATION live Zoom call every Wednesday evening at 8pm. This is where you can be part of the community and learn from others' experiences, ask me anything, get support, top tips and motivation to support your journey.
How often will new content be added?
A new workout and a new recipe will be uploaded every week, so always something to keep you on your toes and motivated.
I can’t exercise at the moment. Is this programme still for me?
If you're injured, you will need to be signed off by your GP to be fit to exercise in order to safely do the workouts within the membership.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! This is a monthly subscription membership site, so at any time, you are free to cancel your membership. Remember though, before you do, your body is the only house you have to live in and investing in these simple strategies to build healthier habits for life now will deliver huge dividends to your future.
